Welcome to Concordia Lutheran Church

As a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, our faith is built around a strong belief in God as made known to us in Jesus Christ. Through worship, service and education, we practice our faith, grow our relationship with God and experience God's grace in our lives.  Come worship with us!

Easter 2015

THE CONCORDIA TRUMPET: The April / May 2015 Trumpet newsletter is now available. Download a copy now by clicking here!

ON MAY 10 the youth will offer a piece of pie and coffee for $1 as a fundraiser for their Detroit trip.

REMINDER! If you are hospitalized, a request for a visit from Pastor Luisi must be made directly to him by you or an immediate family member. This is NY State law.

OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE! The 2015 volunteer sign-up sheets are posted in the fellowship hall. “No one can do everything but everyone can do something!” We especially need fellowship hosts. If all hosted once, no one would need to host twice!

Operation Christmas Child (OCC)

THE YOUTH GROUP reminds you that the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) collection is a year-round effort. Items needed include: toothpaste, washcloths, toothbrushes, flip flops, school supplies and small toys. Please be generous!

Helping Others

Local School Backpack Program

MILLIONS of kids nationwide get free or reduced price meals at school to help them through the week.  But what happens when they go home for the weekend? This is where the 'Backpack Program' helps out. Nutritious and easy-to-prepare food is sent home with them on Friday to help get them through the weekend.  A large percentage of the children in Northern New York are food insecure during the weekend. You can help eliminate this problem by contacting your local school and giving generously to their 'Backpack Program'.

Watertown Urban Mission Basket Auction

The annual Urban Mission auction was held on Saturday, April 18th. Concordia's contribution to the auction was a basket filled with gift cards from local merchants. The basket was auctioned off for a donation of $300.
